Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines, failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.

Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted on the property.

A $1,000 fine will be charged for any violation of this rule, and your reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.

🚭 NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.Any evidence of indoor smoking or vaping will result in a $500 smoking fee.
