Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.

Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.

Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.

24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. If you have any questions, just let us know! We're here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

City convenience with small-town peacefulness. That’s how residents describe Sherman Oaks, California. This is a safe, affluent, historic neighborhood boasting some of the most opulent homes north of the Hollywood Hills. It’s broad boulevards and classic architecture lend a feeling of “Old L.A.” to this neighborhood, originally established in 1927.

The main commercial strip is Ventura Boulevard, which boasts stylish fashion boutiques, trendy restaurants, bars, cafes and swanky shopping malls including the open-air Sherman Oaks Galleria; made famous for its role in the 1982 movie “Fast Times at Ridgemont High.”

Sherman Oaks is a San Fernando Valley neighborhood that’s popular with families seeking suburban comforts. There’s lots of green space in this neighborhood. Nestled between Van Nuys and North Hollywood to the north, Studio City and Encino to the east and west, and Bel Air and Beverly Crest to the south, Sherman Oaks truly lies at the center of Valley life. Its close proximity to the 101 freeway offers quick access to Hollywood and Downtown, too.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk.
For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur.
We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.

We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape.

Pool service is every Tuesday.
Garden service takes place every Tuesday.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule will result in a USD $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

🚭 NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.Any evidence of indoor smoking or vaping will result in a $500 smoking fee.
