24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you. If you have any questions, just let us know! We're here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.

Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

Pool and Hot Tub Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool and hot tub heating for an additional $250 on the first night, and $100 for each subsequent night (this fee migth be higher for 1-nigth reservations)
Please note, since it's a large pool, it can take anywhere from 10-20 hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.

We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape.

Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur.
We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.

🚫 NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule will result in a USD $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

🚭 NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a USD $500 smoking fee.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Backyard Fireplace Reminder:
To keep everything cozy and safe, please avoid using real wood or logs in the backyard and fireplace — it’s designed for decorative logs only. Thanks so much for your care and understanding!
